İdil Gaziulusoy, Principal investigator
İdil is an Associate Professor of Sustainable Design at Aalto University and Leader of the NODUS Sustainable Design Research Group. She has extensive experience leading transdisciplinary research and collaborating with non-academic stakeholders, with a focus on design and innovation for sustainability, particularly in the areas of system innovation and sustainability transitions.

Sara Lindeman, Project lead
Sara is a transdisciplinary systems innovation researcher and practitioner with over twenty years of experience in advancing transformative change. Her work focuses on multi-stakeholder innovation and innovation ecosystems as forms of collective intelligence, drawing on applied complexity and living systems science to explore new approaches to innovation governance.

Thomas Holm, Stakeholder engagement lead
Thomas is a strategist and entrepreneur, with a wide-ranging background spanning impact investing, healthcare, education, ethical technology, democratic innovation, and organizational strategy. His current work explores the potential of meta-relational AI systems in the context of education, innovation governance, and systemic funding.

Ollie Bream McIntosh, Researcher
Ollie is a researcher and designer working at the intersections of innovation governance, systemic design, and transition management. His work focuses on the design and use of platform technologies and artificial intelligence in urban sustainability governance, as well as the relationship between collective and artificial intelligence in system change initiatives.

Veera Parkkonen, Project management
Veera is a recent graduate of Aalto University’s Creative Sustainability masters programme. She has experience in project management and interdisciplinary collaboration and is particularly interested in supporting sustainability transitions through approaches that foster relational, adaptive, and resilient systems.
